Signarama Burswood

We worked together with Steve and his team to install brand new signage across our premises as part of our rebranding - the quality of the prints, ease of installation, and communication with Steve was beyond expectations. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for new signage, and I will be definitely be using their services again!

These guys and girls have NO IDEA what's going on inside of their business. Numerous mistakes made on a simple job and I had to chase them up a handful of times to get the job completed. They messed up the signage on the lift directory board not once, but twice. There is absolutely no communication between the different teams at the business; sales, production, invoicing and installation. I encountered issues with ALL of these departments. A simple job of putting new signage on an elevator directory board and removing old signage at our previous office turned into an admin burden with on-going invoicing issues, even though we fully paid the costs associated with our business (the office next door got their sign updated too and now they are trying to make us pay their bill!).AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I can’t recommended this team enough, we order posters, A Frame sign and a beautiful pull up banner. The team here are so welcoming, organised and just got it right. These guys visited but never came through with a quote, we sent them the artwork then nothing, even after I followed up. I guess the job was too small for them? Poor form.
